Overview

The Roles menu represents a table with information grouped by columns.

Table functional buttons are available for the Roles menu (Undo, Redo, Search, Filters, Table Settings).

Adding a new role

Users can add new roles and assign additional rights to it. Additional rights are Allowed CRUD Operations (Create, Read, Update, Delete), and Additional Authorization Levels for Unit4 Domain, Unit4 Company, Jira Domain.

To create a new role press the button “New”. The New Role view appears, where all the information about the role needs to be provided (ID, Name, Endpoints, Additional Authorization Levels).

To add new item Endpoints click the “Add new item Endpoints” button. In the opened view user can choose an Endpoint ID from the list, activate AllowedOperations for this role (Create, Read, Update, Delete). By clicking the “Delete” button the endpoint can be deleted, by clicking the “Duplicate” button the endpoint can be duplicated.

To save the new role click the “Save” button.
