Buttons functionality
New
Button “New” is used to add a new entity of this Data type (e.g. in Data/Projects one can add a new Project; in Data/Relations one can add a new Relation).
Undo
The "Undo" button serves to reverse the last user action, enabling users to quickly correct mistakes or unintended changes. It becomes enabled when there are no changes to the document.
Redo
The “Redo” button becomes active after one uses the “Undo” button. Users can apply those changes which were cancelled with the “Undo” button.
Push to Unit4
The “Push to Unit4” button appears only after any changes to the table are made. When the document is ready to be pushed to Unit4 user can use the button “Push to Unit4”. Before sending data directly an additional step of approval appears - popup with a number of updated entities. With pressing a “Push” button data will be sent to Unit4. “Cancel” button will take a user back to the table.
Discard changes
The “Discard changes” button appears only after any changes to the table are made. It returns the document to its initial state. Before discarding changes an additional step of approval appears - popup with a number of discarding entities. With pressing a “Discard Changes” button data will be discarded. “Cancel” button will take a user back to the table.
Search
The “Search” button gives the opportunity to search around data in all columns by typing the value. On the left one can see the current number of selected values and the whole number of found values. Users can move through found values with the help of “Left” and “Right” buttons. By clicking the “Done” button the search menu closes.
Filters
The “Filters” button helps to filter values in the tables by entering values. Users can choose a column to filter from the list, also to choose it anywhere. By clicking the “Close” button the filter menu closes.
Table Settings
Table Settings menu contains action buttons to customise table view with one`s needs. To close the Table Settings menu, users can click on the “Done” button or on the “Table Settings” button.
Done
The “Done” button saves changes to table settings and/or close Table Settings view.
Show All Columns
The “Show All Columns” button shows columns which were hidden with the “Hide All Columns” button.
Hide All Columns
The “Hide All Columns” button makes all columns of the table hidden.
Reset to Default
The “Reset to Default” button returns table settings to the initial state.
Quick Actions Buttons
To enhance user convenience quick action buttons were added at the bottom of the table. They are visible during scrolling.
To Top
The “To Top” button brings the view to the top of the table.
To Bottom
The “To Bottom” button brings the view to the bottom of the table.
To Previous Error
The “To Previous Error” button brings the focus to the previous error in the table.
To Next Error
The “To Next Error” button brings the focus to the next error in the table.
