Overview

Unit4 Domains menu provides a view of all Unit4 domains in this account. Each table contains the Unit4 Domain name, acronym, status, caching status, refresh time, number of API calls per minute.

Adding a new Unit4 Domain

To create a new domain press the button “New”. The New Unit4 Domain view appears, where all the information about the domain needs to be provided (Name, Acronym, URL REST API, Username and Password for the authentication, Max API Calls Per Minute, Cache Unit4 Master Data, Cache Refresh Interval in Minutes).

To save the new domain click the “Save” button.

Editing current Unit4 domain

To edit current Unit4 domain press the “Edit” button. The Edit Unit4 Domain view appears, where data can be updated.

Add Companies

The “Companies” button provides a list of companies in current domain to work with.

Delete current Unit4 domain

The “Delete” button will provide one additional step to confirm deletion.
